- 1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ medium red onion, sliced

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
1. Cook the potatoes
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and nearly tender.
2. Brown the beef
Push the potatoes to one side of the pan. Add the remaining olive oil and the sliced beef. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
3. Add the vegetables
